Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you are not quite sure where to begin or how to put what you are feeling into words. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes, having space to slow down, feel heard, and make sense of what is happening is a good place to start.
As a psychologist, I aim to create a warm, respectful and non-judgemental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
I take a collaborative and practical approach, working with you to better understand your experiences, recognise patterns, build on your strengths, and develop strategies that feel meaningful and realistic for your everyday life.
I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-focused approaches. These are some key areas of support:
· Depression and Anxiety
· Trauma and PTSD
· Neurodiversity, including ADHD and Autism
· Emotional Regulation and Self-Esteem
· Relationship and Adjustment Difficulties

Our memories, big and small, are like threads woven into who we are. Some are bright, some are heavy, and many sit quietly in the background, yet together they shape how we feel and see the world.
I believe every memory, and every feeling that comes with it, has a place, including the ones we might rather hurry past. It takes courage to slow down and become curious about what they have to tell us. Sometimes, having someone alongside you as you explore them can make the journey feel a little less daunting.
