I understand that starting therapy or working towards change can feel scary at first. That’s why I am here to offer you a safe and confidential environment to help you process the events and emotions that you feel are holding you back. It doesn’t matter what they are, how complex they feel, or how long you’ve suffered in silence with them, I believe everyone has the capability to overcome life’s obstacles and achieve optimal personal growth, health, and happiness.

To achieve this, I approach my clients in a warm, compassionate, and empathetic manner, and aim to tailor therapy to each client’s unique circumstances, goals, and aspirations.

I am passionate about understanding and helping people. I have 20 years of clinical experience working with complex psychopathology across the lifespan, in schools, hospitals, occupational rehabilitation, and private practice settings, providing assessment, individual, and group therapy programs.

I utilise a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Relaxation Strategies, and trauma-specific interventions, including Trauma-Focused CBT and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
