I am a psychologist with a particular interest in early intervention and supporting preschool and primary school-aged children with Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and broader developmental concerns. I am committed to supporting children to develop their social and emotional understanding, confidence, and resilience, while working closely with parents and carers to support development across home and school environments.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and client-centred, with an emphasis on creating a safe and supportive space where children feel comfortable being themselves. I use evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and play-based therapy, tailored to each child’s developmental needs.
