In my work, we begin by gently uncovering the layers that make up who you are, and identifying what is really at the root of your struggles. From there, we work at your pace to develop meaningful coping strategies and create a personalised set of tools you can rely on as life unfolds.
I am a compassionate and warm Psychologist committed to fostering a supportive and non-judgemental space where you will feel safe to explore your emotions, share your experiences and work towards personal growth and goals within a collaborative environment.
I have experience delivering crisis support and have been involved in a sleep program for the treatment of insomnia. I also enjoy conducting mood, behavioural, cognitive, and vocational assessments. I have a particular interest in supporting clients to better understand patterns within their relationships, and to foster a deeper understanding of self.
