Psychotherapy is a collaborative treatment based on the relationship between an individual and a psychologist. Grounded in dialogue, it provides a supportive environment that allows you to talk openly with someone who’s objective, neutral, and nonjudgmental.

With over 30 years of experience, I have worked with adults, children, and couples across various countries e.g. the UK, Singapore, India, and Australia. My expertise includes a strong grounding in clinical, developmental/dynamic models, and systems theory, allowing me to understand the bio-psycho-social framework of my clients' psychological difficulties. I am trained in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy as well as Systemic, Trauma and Attachment frameworks for various clinical conditions. I am also a certified Level 3 Gottman Couples Therapist.

With a focus on the person rather than the problem or diagnosis, I practice psychological formulation, spending time to understand my clients’ backgrounds, relationships, stressors, and current environments before devising tailored treatment plans. I adopt a reflective, warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach. I strive to establish a strong therapeutic alliance, understanding clients' well-being goals, and identifying optimal ways to work together.
